HPE 8 Sp. z o.o. is an engineering company providing solutions for Clients in the mechanical, electrical and automation industry.

The HPE 8 company offers design, technical support, execution, installation and start-up of technical systems and equipment for various industries, especially in the field of:

  • industrial, process and technological installations and systems,
  •  mechanics and mechanical engineering,
  • gas and air generation, compression, supply and conditioning systems,
  •  power supply, electrical control and automation systems,
  •  industrial construction.

We use up-to-date 3D modeling and calculation programs. We do static and dynamic calculations by MES and CFD methods.

We have the possibility to carry out trials and tests of designed devices.

2023 COMPANY HAS ESTABILISHED AND APPLIES A QUALITY SYSTEM ACCORDING TO DIRECTIVE 2014/68/EU MODULE H FOR DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, TESTING AND FINAL INSPECTIONS OF PIPING

2022 CERTIFICATION OF FACTORY PRODUCTION CONTROL ACCORDING TO PN-EN 1090-1 +A1:2012. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE, THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ABLE TO INTRODUCE CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS TO THE EUROPEAN UNION MARKETS, WHICH ARE: STEEL STRUCTURES IN THE EXC3 PERFORMANCE CLASS

2021   In APRIL 2021, HPE 8 SP. z O.O. HAS  IMPLEMENTED AND MAINTAINS A QUALITY REQUIREMENTS IN WELDING SYSTEM IN COMPLIANCE WITH PN-EN ISO 3834-2:2007.

2021   In January 2021, the company transitioned to an occupational health and safety management system in accordance with the ISO 45001: 2018 standard.

2018   In December 2018 HPE 8 Sp. z o.o. implemented the Integrated Management System in line with ISO 9001:2015 standard.

2013   In 2013-2017, the company has been annually audited regarding the Integrated Management System.  Link to the certificate.

2012  Obtaining occupational health and safety management system certificate in accordance with PN-N-18001:2004 standard in the second half of the year.

2011 Successful Certification Audit led by PRS Management Systems Certification Bureau and quality management certificate in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 standard, obtained in September 2011.

 

The management board of HPE 8 Sp. z o. o. has made a decision to implement the Integrated Management System in accordance with the requirements of international standards in the therms of quality and occupational health and safety management in order to ensure customer satisfaction and gain the trust of customers, meeting their requirements and expectations.

High quality products and ensuring employee safety serve to achieve the primary strategic goal, which is the company’s economic success and competitiveness on the market, and also allow for full customer satisfaction.

The Company’s Management Board also undertakes to constantly improve the Integrated Management System by complying with standards:

PN-EN ISO 9001, PN-ISO 45001, PN-EN ISO 3834-2,

PN-EN 1090-1, Directive 2014/68/EU,

legal requirements and other requirements, performed by systematic reviews of the effectiveness of the planned quality objectives and occupational health and safety, as well as the involvement of all employees in raising the quality level of services rendered, primarily all in terms of timeliness, effectiveness, reliability and in actions for health and safety at work in our Company. Our Policy is to create the best conditions for the development and functioning of the Company, constantly improving the qualifications of employees, preventing accidents at work, occupational diseases and potentially accidental events. We provide adequate resources and means to implement this policy and objectives.
